What to do

Lambeth Social Services have an out of hours service. If you have an urgent problem outside of normal working hours telephone:

020 7926 1000

What will happen?

An operator will answer the phone and take details of the problem and your contact details. They will pass this information over to the duty Social Worker, as soon as they become available, who will respond. There is only likely to be one person on duty, so it may take some time if they are already dealing with somebody.

Only contact this number if you have a problem which cannot wait until normal office hours.
